IMCNC has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the conditions are met. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect and record a video, photos of your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Returnable/Refundable Items Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Video or Photo to proof. 
If you encounter the following situations, please contact us as soon as possible
  • All damages in shipping must be reported to IMCNC within 24 hours of receipt of your products.
  • Any missing items or spare parts must also be reported to IMCNC within 48 hours of receipt.
IMCNC will not be responsible for the following situations
  • IMCNC are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipper, customs processing.
  • Damages in shipping didn't reported to IMCNC within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
  • Missing items or spare parts didn't reported to IMCNC within 48 hours of receipt of the products.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  If you have questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us.

  • All special are non-refundable.
  • Products purchased with gift cards and items on sale can not be returned.
  • Digital form, non-refundable.
  • Vectric Vcarve Destkop Software, non-refundable.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Returns and Refunds Steps

1. Apply for refunds and returns at service@imcnc.com.tw
2. We will provide cargo return address and related information.
3. Please aware that the shipper will in charge of return freight and related cost.
4. We will only refund 70% of the order value, including handling fees, but excluding the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and Vectric Vcarve Desktop software (if applicable).

Notice For Returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you the cargo return related information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please aware that the shipper will in charge of return freight and related cost.

You are solely responsible for Products damaged during shipping, so please ensure you package the Products exactly as they were packaged when shipped to you, using the original shipping materials.

Prior to shipping any products or shipping any products back to IMCNC, you must contact us first. If no, IMCNC will not accept the package. You will be responsible for all additional shipping costs and damage.

Items sent back to us without our consent is unacceptable. This will result in the item return back to you and you will end up paying twice the freight but still cannot finalized the return.

Notice For Refunds

Upon receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition are met, we will promptly process the refund, which will be 70% of the order value, inclusive of handling fees but exclusive of the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and Vectric Vcarve Desktop software if any. 

If the return conditions are not met or if the product is damaged, the refund amount will be reduced proportionally.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If there is damage caused by someone else or damage during the return process, the refund amount may also change.
