IMCNC offers a one or two-year warranty, ensuring the product is free from design, workmanship, and material defects starting from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the specified models and issues, and doesn’t cover other parts or products. Please note, any unauthorized modifications or disassembly will void the warranty.
IMCNC offers a Limited Warranty of either 1 year or 2 years, depending on the product model:
- CNC Engraving Machine: 2-Year Limited Warranty
- GM150 Ultra: 1-Year Limited Warranty
The warranty period starts from the date of shipment, not from the delivery date.
Please note that consumable parts (e.g., tool bits, fuses, belts...) are not covered under warranty.
IMCNC’s warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur during normal use, including issues with materials, workmanship, and functionality.
