  • On the 4th business day, or once your order ships, we will email you with a tracking number.
Please Note: If you need to change the delivery address, modify the ordered items, or address any other concerns, please request these changes within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no further changes will be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at service@imcnc.com.tw as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and photos or video of the damaged items. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

  • Damages in shipping didn't reported to IMCNC within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
  • Missing items or spare parts didn't reported to IMCNC within 48 hours of receipt of the products.

You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and potential damage if:

  • IMCNC needs to reship due to incorrect shipping details provided by you.
  • The product is returned as rejected.
  • The product is returned without a reason or without contacting IMCNC.
