All IMCNC products are manufactured and shipped from Taichung, Taiwan.

No. Sale items, gift card purchases, and custom orders are non-refundable.

No. Digital products like Vectric software are non-refundable.

IMCNC offers a Limited Warranty of either 1 year or 2 years, depending on the product model:

  • CNC Engraving Machines: 2-Year Limited Warranty.
  • GM150 Ultra Polishing Tool: 1-Year Limited Warranty.

The warranty period starts from the date of shipment, not from the delivery date.
Please note that consumable parts (e.g., tool bits, fuses, belts) are not covered under warranty.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, Taiwan Time).

Yes. All IMCNC machines can be ordered through our official website and shipped from Taichung, Taiwan. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
