No. Digital products like Vectric software are non-refundable.
IMCNC offers a Limited Warranty of either 1 year or 2 years, depending on the product model:
- CNC Engraving Machines: 2-Year Limited Warranty.
- GM150 Ultra Polishing Tool: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty period starts from the date of shipment, not from the delivery date.
Please note that consumable parts (e.g., tool bits, fuses, belts) are not covered under warranty.
